Describe the current behavior

fetch fast_rao branch. It contains a mix of csa specific features and fast rao features. Only fetch the modifications from the fast rao feature, ie a priori those in CastorFullOptimization, PrePerimeterSensitivityAnalysis, StateTree, RaoUtil, MarginEvaluatorWithMarginDecreaseUnoptimizedCnecs, FastRao, FastRaoResultImpl, SearchTree, RangeActionSensitivityProvider, SearchTreeRaoSteps
