BUG: Subgraphs don't seem to register locally upon reactor start-up #1221

Describe the bug
I'm trying to get my subgraph registered but it doesn't register or start-up when I start my reactor locally.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. generate a subgraph
  2. see it getting registered
  3. try to use it / see it start up with 'Npm run reactor.'

Expected behavior
Expected the subgraph to start

Logs and/or Screenshots

Here i'm able to register the subgraph

Here the subgraph doesn't seem to get registered.
