Feature Request: import/export layout improvements #242

Feature request: Store the directory where user last imported/exported and open the file menu there on next import/export.
Feature request: Recent layout menu for importing .
Importing/exporting layouts should store the location where you exported/imported from and go back there the next time. I imagine many are storing all their layouts in the same directory as I am. No need to waste the time navigating to it on every import/export.
Having a recent layouts menu when you go to import would be a fantastic addition as well. This would be especially useful to those who do store layouts in different directories.
