Wrong active window hint while dragging

Describe the bug

While you move a window dragging it the active window hint (accent color in border) is wrong:

The window that previously had focus is also highlighted.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open at least two window
2. Drag the one is currently focused

Expected behavior

Only the currently focused window should be highlighted as active.
