Please provide a summary of the enhancement you are proposing:

clusters should all run the same version of ubuntu and the same version of kubernetes, both should be imported form ./src/constants.ts

Please provide the motivation or use case for this enhancement:

All cndi-based clusters should be similar in every way possible, including the host OS and Kubernetes api version

How can we best workaround this issue so far?
