Please provide a summary of the enhancement you are proposing:

Cliffy has made some breaking changes for polyseam/cliffy-provider-gh-releases which must be resolved

Please provide the motivation or use case for this enhancement:

Cliffy going stable at v1

How can we best workaround this issue so far?

choose not to upgrade cliffy beyond rc.4

How would you approach solving this problem within CNDI?

We're already using cliffy@1 release candidates, staying tuned for the official release
