Version

cndi v2.18.0
kubeseal v0.26.0
terraform v1.5.5

Please provide a summary of the enhancement you are proposing:

I noticed that there is a NOTES.txt file found in a couple repos:
https://github.com/argoproj/argo-helm/blob/main/charts/argo-cd/templates/NOTES.txt
https://github.com/bitnami/charts/blob/main/bitnami/wordpress/templates/NOTES.txt

What do they do, where do they go, how can we show them to the user or pull them into CNDI generated READMEs?

Please provide the motivation or use case for this enhancement:

I noticed they exist, they seem useful and broadly do the same thing we try to do in our CNDI Template READMEs, but with Helm data interspersed

How can we best workaround this issue so far?

No response

How would you approach solving this problem within CNDI?
