Any plan to support the v2 api which allows posting to specific room ?

Currently I used andybons/hipchat Go library for HipChat APIs, and as described in their README, API v2 isn't supported yet. I'll keep an eye on that or find another solution for HipChat API v2 integrations.

and... I'm not quite sure about what do you mean by "posting to specific room"? Currently you could send to any room by registering SNS using /ROOM_ID as endpoints

yes, but the new api v2 allows tokens to be created for specific rooms rather than for all your rooms.
