Updating the HSS with the Discovery kit reference design

I am trying to run the latest version of the reference design for the PolarFire SoC Discovery kit (polarfire-soc-discovery-kit-reference-design-2024.06.zip) and update the HSS using the HSS_UPDATE argument. I got an error indicating the hex file was not found. I installed wget, but I still get the error about the hext file.
Do I need to set an environment variable for wget?
