Automate the publication of a CNM message to kick off PO.DAAC ingestion. Can look at existing upload repo to start.

This work has been started and is in draft phase as it can't be tested quite yet (we don't have the final venue decided for the Confluence workflow): https://github.com/podaac/confluence_publish_cnm

  • Need to test Terraform deployment
  • Need to test message publication in SIT
  • Total execution time: 0:47:53.818228 (generating the checksum on larger files takes a long time)
