Switch to phpspreadsheet

odtphp is not maintained for years. A fork has fixed a few php 8.5 incompatibility, but this is not enought; odtphp is dead.

GLPI v11 uses phpspreadsheet to export search results as ODT/XLS; order plugin may rely on that too.
