Bug description

After downloading the Centreon 1.0.2 plugin for GLPI 10.0.18 and copying it into the \plugins folder, I tried to install it through the GLPI interface.

During the installation, the following warning appears:

PHP Warning: Usage of signed integers in primary or foreign keys is discouraged, please use unsigned integers instead in glpi_plugin_centreon_hosts.items_id. in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\glpi_test\src\DBmysql.php on line 2175

Despite this warning, if I refresh the page, the installation completes and I can activate the plugin.

However, after activation, when I go to Setup → General and click on the Centreon tab, it keeps loading indefinitely and never displays any content.

Ok, mon problème concernant l'affichage du Warning est réglé grâce au fichier hook.php
Cependant, j'ai toujours rien d'afficher dans la page Centreon Settings

Si je fait F12, une erreur dans la console apparait Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () et dans le détails j'ai les 3 lignes suivantes :

La page Centreon setting s'affiche correctement.

J'ai bien les champs API URL, Username, Password. Et lorsque je rentre mes informations. L'affichage se fige a nouveau. Ecran blanc avec les points mais qui tourne a nouveau.

Can you check if there are any errors in the GLPI log files, in the browser console, or when running GLPI in debug mode?

The connection diagnostic appears to have failed in an unhandled manner.

The diagnostic performs a call to the 'login' endpoint of the Centreon API.

This call should either fail (for example, in my case, it returned:
cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: fake.centreon.com (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://fake.centreon.com/login)
or succeed, returning both the token and the contact ID (in array).

In your case, the API call seems to execute successfully but does not return any data (null is returned).

Do you have the possibility or the expertise to debug the clientRequest function in the ApiClient.php class?
