Unique visitors total says 0 and top pages is empty after upgrade

I just updated from v2.0 to v3.0.1 on Jun 29. I first had this error since I guess I was using the 'wrong' version of v2.0. I used some alter table commands to just add those missing columns since it said that migration had already been done.

This is the order I upgraded (tried to hopefully skip the versions that release notes said had migration issues):

• v2.0 -> v2.1.1
• v2.1.1 -> v2.1.2
• v2.1.2 -> v2.1.5
• v2.1.5 -> v3.0.1

Now I've just noticed that when I look at my July statistics, the visitors numbers at the top say 0. All the old statistics have the right sums, just the new ones are broken.

But it's weird because the graph seems to work fine. I can also hover over the graph and see accurate numbers of visitors on each day. All the fields below work fine except for "Top Pages", which is entirely empty for July. "Entry Pages" and "Exit Pages" are working fine.

Just make sure to pick Month to Date at the maximum, otherwise it'll mix in the numbers from past months. Compare it to May or June to see it working correctly before.

Ok, so I thought I had seen several new page views go in and not get tracked after running the alter table commands to fix the missing columns. I just checked today, and it looks like the page views are counted fine.

Is there a way for me to reconstruct the sums manually, and fix the "top pages" section, since it seems like the events were properly logged?
