Prevent users from add their website + list users and their websites

Hi, is it somehow possible for users who are not admins, meaning they are invited to the team as viewers, to not be able to add their own pages?

I mean that they should only have access to the team they have been invited to and that's it, without any other options like adding another site on their account.

One more thing, is it possible somewhere to see a summary of the users that have been created + their added websites to track?

It is not possible to prevent users from adding their own sites and there is no interface allowing sites management outside of your current team.
