ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I tried updating Plausible CE from 2 to 3, after doing docker exec -it hosting-plausible-1 /entrypoint.sh db migrate nothing happens, but my site now shows ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR.

If I run it again, it returns

When I do docker compose -f docker-compose.yml up

I get

and there it hangs...

Any ideas here on what to try next? Or if anyone can help me transfer my old data that must be somewhere into a new install, that would be helpful as well.
