MBox to CSV Conversion

Hello,

When I used convert_mbox_to_csv.py, the reply_no_quote column often had bits of the quote and the characters were often all kinds of messed up. If I don't hear from anyone within the next 2 days, don't even bother. I'll submit a pull request with an updated script.

Additionally, the output wasn't immediately compatible with LLM Studio. I was able to get it to work though with the chopped up data. Got a pile of more work to do today, so the pull request might have to wait another week, but I am on it!

Hi Albert thanks for raising this. Please keep me updated if you fix this and get the pull request. I don't check my github too often so I am kind of slow on replies here.
