Heads up.. Sonic-boom has been added to node.js

Following a suggestion from @mcollina, I've added a port of sonic-boom directly into Node.js ... nodejs/node#58897 ... it's landed under a different name with a couple of minor updates. It should not interfere with any existing sonic-boom uses. Should be available in the next semver-minor release or two.

Depending on whether it gets backported to 22, we can safely drop this one in the next major.

It really had no other dependencies in core so I can't imagine there'd be any reason not to backport.
