Enhancement

We noticed after disabling backup checksum to false by default, previously due to the issue restore checksum was not able to run but now started to run in production, which was expected behavior but still surprises user as it's resource intensive and restore is taking much more time than before. After balancing the risk and efficiency we decided to turn of restore checksum as well but still enabled in every test.
