am trying to run through the tutorials but am stuck at running the dev/server

@Keman95 Ok, well, there are a couple of issues that might help to know. What you do depends on if you are using a package that was part of the last release published to PyPi or a dev version that has not been published to PyPi. Do you know which one you are using? What directions are you following?
