Add first aid kits to disaster response map

As part of the disaster response map, the location of the first aid kits is important.

I'm personally don't have the time to create every layer request that someone makes; there just are too much good ideas and layers for this. Perhaps give https://mapcomplete.org/studio a shot to create layer? If it is done, I might consider adding it to MapComplete.
