Grid Span

I understand it's difficult to manage additional features especially if you're working on a minimalist framework. Still I think it would add a lot of value yet little code to add an optional grid-span feature.

This little addition would essentially allow to build any type of grid, whereas even grids are very limiting.

For example a grid-span-2 tag would make the element twice as wide as regular grid elements. I'm sure you get the idea.
