Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I sync my personal calendar to my work calendar to ensure I don't have meetings during conflicts. However, this assumes the time on my personal calendar completely accounts for the time I'm unavailable. That's rarely the case due to travel, prep, etc.
Describe the solution you'd like
Most ideal would be a regex or category rule that allows for padding the start and end times of the appointment. Eg a
"Dr. Appt" on my personal calendar from 14:00-16:00 would appear on my work calendar as 13:30-16:30.
On one hand, Regex would be extremely granular but might be too cumbersome. I suggested it because of the string replace functionality. Category might be easier and more streamlined, as I wouldn't expect granularity to apply to the padding times - rather whether or not they need to be padded.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I've thought of many possibilities outside OGCS but none of them are practical.

I think this would add value to the product.
