Won't work if "phpGettersSetters.templatesDir" is set #17

If i set "phpGettersSetters.templatesDir"", to use custom templates, I cannot generate getters or setters anymore.

Steps to reproduce

Create a /home/use/Templates/GetterSetter folder
Create a setter,js and a getter.js files in that folder.
Add the information templates from the documentation to those files.

You won't be able to generate getters and setters anymore.

Not sure if it's related or not, but I can see:

[phproberto.vscode-php-getters-setters]: Menu item references the same command as default and alt-command (extensionService.ts:1009)
