[Feature Request] HTML Attribute IntelliSense in ~H Sigils for .ex files

I’d love to know if HTML Attribute IntelliSense in ~H sigils could be considered as a upcoming feature? I have searched around quite a bit, and it seems like this is not possible at the moment.

It would be a big improvement to have HTML attribute IntelliSense inside ~H sigils in .ex files, just as it works in .heex files. This would make working with Phoenix LiveView templates a bit easier IMO.

You may check the extension that I'm working on for VSCode called Phoenix Pulse.

I need more people to try and find issues, your help would be appreciated!
