the workaround for now is just disable the deprecation raise (until metacello gets updated)
EDIT: a filetree problem, that usually is updated along with metacello.

@jecisc you opened two issues against Metacello: https://github.com/dalehenrich/metacello-work/issues/424 and https://github.com/dalehenrich/metacello-work/issues/413 and both were resolved pretty quickly... you opened one issue against filetree: dalehenrich/filetree#199 and it is still open --- and that particular looks like a Metacello bug ... MCGitHubRepository is a Metacello class ... If that one is still a problem, please open a bug against Metacello and I'll take a look ...
