[pfsense_openvpn] tls (and possibly others) are not idempotent with GUI

Describe the bug
It seems that the TLS text box (possibly all text boxes) data have CRLF line endings. When submitted from a Linux host via ansible it will have LF line endings causing an update when run after a GUI update.

No unnecessary changes
