How to silence or skip the "wanna show love" prompt after adding pest?

I need to add pest to some automated project setup scripts I am using but this "wanna show love" prompt keeps making them hang even when I use -n or --no-interaction. Please help.

I see this happens from the init script. Same question, how do I disable it?

PEST_NO_SUPPORT=true is the switch:

PEST_NO_SUPPORT=true ./vendor/bin/pest --init

The value has to be the literal string true. Thanks::__invoke() compares with getenv('PEST_NO_SUPPORT') !== 'true', so 1, TRUE and yes all leave the prompt in place.

Pest's own test suite relies on this: runInitProject() in tests/Features/Init.php passes 'PEST_NO_SUPPORT' => 'true' in the process environment precisely so --init can run unattended.

As for why -n / --no-interaction has no effect — the same condition also checks $this->input->isInteractive(), but Pest is not a Symfony Console application. bin/pest builds its input as a bare new ArgvInput with no InputDefinition, and nothing ever calls setInteractive(false); that normally happens inside Application::doRun(), which Pest never runs. So the flag is parsed by nobody and isInteractive() stays true:

The prompt is only reachable from --init (its single call site is in Plugins\Init::init()), so setting that environment variable in the setup script is enough.
