Can't build on Ubuntu after recent commit

With a version prior to #362 (Remove maketools and fix frontend tools tde data usage
), I can build on Ubuntu. After that commit, I get the below error:

src/keyring/keyring_kmip.c:15:10: fatal error: kmip.h: No such file or directory

Please try initializing the submodule:
git submodule update --init
