[Bug]: Installer removed my previous install with its settings. #3991

- I have searched the issue tracker for a bug report that matches the one I want to file, without success.

Reproduction steps
- Download the installer via the update popup
- Open executable/installer (youtube-music-web-setup.exe)
Expected Behavior
The installer updates the version with my settings intact.
Actual Behavior
The installer closed itself and removed the program, running it the 2nd time made the shortcuts but Windows said that it was "moved", and the third time it installed but it nuked my data, meaning forced to re-enable plugins and log in again.

Additional Information
I had no clue how to update it since it didn't had a native updater (which I thought it had it) on Windows, so yeah. I managed to update it fine on Arch Linux (CachyOS via dual boot) but yeah you get the point.
