Enable Discord plugin with Discord flatpak version

If you guys having trouble to connect with Discord with the standard Discord Plugin provided with youtube-music you just need to export the Discord Rich Presence socket

You can run ln -sf $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR/{app/com.discordapp.Discord,}/discord-ipc-0 to make Rich Presence available or you can make this permanent with commands below:

mkdir -p ~/.config/user-tmpfiles.d
echo 'L %t/discord-ipc-0 - - - - app/com.discordapp.Discord/discord-ipc-0' > ~/.config/user-tmpfiles.d/discord-rpc.conf
systemctl --user enable --now systemd-tmpfiles-setup.service
