Google is blocking certain IP bands that have a lot of spam users, so signing in to your Google account should resolve the issue.

hi! it did work after logging in! (mac os 12 ver 3.7.4, 3.7.5 gets stuck in the getting playlist thing)

it would be cool if you added this info somewhere in the faq or in the releases updates as there is nowhere to see this info (sorry if it is up there somewhere and i didn't see)
