Create the wrap-jump wrapping method.

First mentioned in #44 and #49, this makes more sense to keep in its own issue. Requires the completion of #52 beforehand, and will likely be done as a part of the 2.0.0 release milestone due to the amount required and the small amount that it really adds.

• wrap-jump: Rather than having the carousel wrap, this option sees the carousel position jump back to either the start or the end. Again, using wrap-smart as a base, some shouldJump flag can be set once reaching an end. In the function that performs the translation, if this flag is set, it will simply scroll all the way back to one of the ends.
  • The beauty in this method is that the pointer values are identical to how they are set in wrap-smart; only the animation changes.
  • The only difficulty with this new method is the fact that all of the allCarouselItems will need to be added to the desired side, the scrolling directions will switch, etc.
