Fails to truncate with multiple line if children list have too long string to over multi lines.

I've noticed a bug where it fails to truncate at all when the children have multi list child. and one of the string are too long.

Thanks for reporting @mfl512. I'll publish a fix in the next few days, but for now you should be able to get around the issue by adding display: inline to your span styles.

I'm not quite sure what was behind the original display: inline-block decision (that the library adds to the element that gets truncated, to combat the very same issue as the one being reported - the ellipsis being rendered on the new line) but it clearly won't work for any multi-line sentences, so I'll change it to inline and will see if there are any test regressions.

Anyway, your local overrides will take precedence, so display: inline on spans should do it, until the library is patched
