  • MVP 2: Human Beta

    Hand Personal app to a human tester → chat → tap extract → accept PDP → view diagram+timeline with clusters. **Done condition:** One real human completes the full flow without showstopper friction. Timeline-to-diagram interaction works (T3-7). **Current status:** Blocked on Goal 1 validation. Chat, PDP drawer, timeline, extract button all functional. Needs GT validation and prompt tuning before beta handoff. **Risks:** - Beta reveals UX friction we haven't anticipated - Events F1 too low for a good beta impression; may need to hide events in initial beta

  • MVP 1: Extraction E2E

    Full conversation → single LLM call → complete PDP → accept all → view diagram+timeline. **Done condition:** GT-validated People F1 > 0.7, Events F1 > 0.4 on fresh discussions. No dedup bugs. Birth event rules correct. Idempotent re-extraction verified. **Current status:** Backend + UI implemented. Single-prompt extraction (pdp.extract_full()) and extract endpoint live. Chat is chat-only. Personal app has extract button + PDP Refresh button. PDP cleared before each re-extraction. Need fresh GT (T7-5), F1 validation (T7-7), prompt tuning (T7-8), and dedup fixes (T7-9, T7-11). **Metrics targets:** - People F1 > 0.7 (currently 0.72 on disc 48 — validate on fresh GT) - Event F1 > 0.4 (currently 0.29 — needs prompt tuning) - PairBond F1 > 0.5 (currently 0.33) **Risks:** - GT coding bottleneck (Patrick-only ~3hr per discussion) - Events F1 may plateau below 0.4; fallback: hide events in beta, show People/PairBonds only
