Make icon to copy available in other types of segments in info panel

Current Limitation

Option to copy (which appears on hover) is currently available only in case of key-value type of element (as introduced with #2871).

Feature / Enhancement Description

Make the copy icon button available for text shown in other types of segments:
TextItem
TableItem rows (?)
