Increased delegation controls & information #660
Description
When delegating I would like to be able to:
- Set the amount of DOT I am delegating from a wallet - I rarely want to delegate the whole amount of DOT on the account
- Show the amount of DOT that is: available, staked, locked etc - This will influence how much DOT I want to delegate.
This information would likely be placed in this UI modal (however it will need some adjustment)
