Chapter Request: Farcaster

I'm a big fan of Papers we love and I have collected many scientific papers over the years https://github.com/seanwestfall/scientific_papers. I am looking to start up a chapter on an online social networking site, if this is okay. I asked on the discord group if this was possible, to start a chapter on an online location, and they said it was okay, so I am asking here.
