Would you please provide and ebook version to download?

Ebook reader format would be great, html might be sufficient.

From what I can fint coverting from LaTeX to epub other reader format requires 
converting to html at first and then to other formats. Converting from html to 
mobile reader formats is usually done with Calibre and may be left to ebook 
reader holders.
