Add Duplicator Pro as known issue (backup archives) #89
Description
Add the Duplicator Pro WordPress plugin as a known issue, causing problems with site storage and duplicating native Pantheon backup/restore functionality.
This should be added as a hard-incompatibility because it duplicates Pantheon functionality and causes issues with the filesystem.
