Make COPs scannable with button

It's nice that you made it so that security nodes can be identified by scanning, but they don't _look_ scannable.  The Scan button in the UI is disabled, and you have to run the program from this list.  Can you make it so that the scan button becomes enabled when you're in a COP node?
