Use composer on guest when NFS is enabled

It will be better to run composer on guest machine without 'ignore-platform-reqs' when NFS is enabled. This will prevent issues of Magento being incompatible with the specific version of PHP. It is becoming more important with 2.3 release because it supports different PHP versions compared to previous Magento releases.
