Elite User Dataset

Hi!

I am working with Przemyslaw Grabowicz on studying twitter polls at Umass Amherst. We were looking at potential user data set for our new study, and the first thought that came to mind was the Elite dataset that is which users are used to classify twitter users as right/left. Could you please provide me with that dataset/list of elite users?
