Keycloak has a built-in required action for users to accept "Terms and Conditions". Unfortunetely, the text displayed to the user can't easily be customized and requires editing the terms.ftl file in the base login theme.

It would be useful to have the Attributes theme populate this text from an attribute, configured from the admin UI.

@aceat64 Great suggestion! It really is irritating to have to package a custom theme just to set your T&C's.
