Strange voltage readings from hotswap controller

While running a modded version of humility sensors -s that outputs sensor data that can be ingested into PlotJuggler, I noticed some potentially erroneous voltage readings from the hot plug controller. You can see two instances of the measurement dips.

We believe these dips are not the actual voltage because the board was in A0 and stayed there despite this input voltage dropping below the undervoltage lockout threshold. OS uptime matches what is expected here.

I've checked and there are errors reported with the sensor values when these events happen. (The error field remains zero)
