2A Table of Contents Dropdown

• The table of contents dropdown lists all the available schemas on the page, when any given schema is selected the page should jump to that schema table.
  • If the schema table is within a closed accordion that table should be automatically opened.
  • TOC selection should update the URL with the selected schema anchor tag
