Update volume IOPS by modifying storageclass object

It would be nice to be able to update iops by modifying the storageclass object directly.

In the mean time, I could do it quickly with this quick script that goes to outscale API:

AFAIK, you cannot modify storage class parameters, or change the storage class of a pvc. It could be implemented using volume attribute classes, which are behind a feature gate and disabled by default.

We'll look into it and evaluate wether it can be added in a future release.
