MS PowerPoint 2.00E doesn't work

Go here and click Environment: THIS_BUILD_IS_RECOMMENDED__VCXPROJ_BUILD=1-> Artifacts 1-> zip to download the latest version.

Describe the bug
MS PowerPoint 2.00E shows an error dialog and exits.

Expected behavior
It should able to be used.

Additional context
SetSwapAreaSize16 stub may be not good enough for this PowerPoint version.

This calls deleteobject on the default bitmap gdi object and expects it to not be deleted. I preload it into the stock object array (even though it's not available from getstockobject) along with the other stock objects in case this happens with them. It give another error about it looking incorrect when loading the sample ppt file but that error also occurs in xp/ntvdm.
