No issue created on first or second run

I was expecting an issue to be created with my configuration (first test, love the functionality!) here.

If it only does that after the first delta (2 different dates?), then indicate it in the docs.

The documentation does not provide a clear explanation. The expected behavior is that an issue will only be created when there are differences in the score, and it will show the repositories that have that difference. Therefore, in most cases, the first run will not trigger any issues because there are no previous records.

I suggest that we improve the documentation to provide better clarity on this matter.
