it would be nice if:

• the client have a button for "closing the chat" and terminating the websocket session (leaving the matrix room)
• the client is informed when the admin terminates the matrix room
• the emoji button will work
• the avatar for the matrix admin is customizable
• the first letter of the clients name and surname (e.g. Max Wright to MW as avatar) is used for the clients avatar
• the email input field for preshared client information is optional (for now it seems useless)
• uploading a file by the client is possible
• status message on client-side when service (server) is not available
• showing "...is typing" on client-side when admin answers
• you have a timeframe for starting a new chat (disabling the chat and showing a message, when outside the support time)
