Easy / automated installation on vSphere

I think it would be really helpful to have an automated installation on a VM running on vSphere. I think a lot of people have a vSphere environment, and this would make it easier for people to evaluate SCS.

Since there seems to be a general problem with running Cloud in a Box on a VM, I've opened #289. Maybe we could join forces there :-)

I have some problems with Matrix ATM. I don't know what's wrong there yet. Once I've fixed fixed this I'll try to remember and join this channel. Looking forward to work with you!

The automated installation is running fne on a VMware ESXi 7.0 Host.

VM specs:

RAM 48GB
CPU 8 Cores
SCSI Disk 500GB
SCSI CDROM mounted with ubuntu-autoinstall-cloud-in-a-box-1.iso
Firmware set to EFI
